Your Wedding Flowers, Three Simple Steps

Consultation with Adele.
Your wedding floral journey begins with a personal consultation with Adele Huculak, our AIFD-certified head designer, who has created beautiful florals for hundreds of weddings throughout our community and beyond. Adele will take the time to get to know you, your wedding vision, your venue, and the overall style you're hoping to achieve.

Following your consultation, we'll put together a personalized floral estimate and proposal, along with a contract outlining all the details.

Your Date, Officially Booked.
Once you're happy with your floral proposal, simply sign your contract and pay the 25% deposit based on your total quote to officially secure your wedding date with us!

From there, we'll continue working together to fine-tune the details, from flower varieties and colours to the overall design. We know wedding plans can evolve, and we're here to help guide you through the process.

The Final Details & Your Wedding Day.
About 4–6 weeks before your wedding, we'll go over all the final details, from flower varieties and colours to arrangement sizes and placement. We'll make sure everything comes together beautifully and coordinate with your other vendors as needed.

On your wedding day, our team can take care of delivery, setup, and installation, making sure every arrangement is perfectly placed and ready for your celebration. All you have to do is enjoy your special day!

How much do wedding flowers cost?
We know every wedding is unique, and we love working with couples to create beautiful florals that reflect their style, vision, and budget. Most of our couples invest between $4,000–$8,000 in their wedding flowers, but we offer options for a variety of budgets and wedding sizes.

We're always happy to work with you to make the most of your floral budget, focusing on the pieces that matter most to you. Every proposal is thoughtfully customized to your wedding and priorities.
When should I book?
Our most popular wedding dates often book up a year in advance, with most couples securing their florals 9 months to a year ahead of time. We always recommend reaching out early to secure your date, but we're also happy to accommodate last-minute weddings whenever our schedule allows!
Is there a minimum?
Our full-service wedding florals, including delivery, setup, and styling, start at $2,500. For smaller weddings or more intimate celebrations, we're always happy to offer studio pickup options, so you can still have beautiful, professionally designed flowers that fit your needs and budget.
How does payment work?
Your wedding date is officially secured with a 25% deposit based on your total quoted budget. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding date. For your convenience, payments can be made by debit, credit card or e-transfer.
Can ceremony flowers be repurposed at the reception?
We love finding ways to repurpose your wedding flowers! It's a great way to make the most of your floral budget, such as moving your archway arrangements to the head table or another area of your reception. Please note that a ceremony to reception flip or end-of-night takedown is not included in our standard setup services.
Do we keep the vases and containers?
Yes! All containers and vases are included in your floral pricing and are yours to keep, unless otherwise stated in your quote.
Archways, pillars, and other structural pieces are typically provided by the couple or their venue.
We also have a beautiful selection of vases, containers, and archway structures available to rent directly from us. If you're interested in rental options, we'd be happy to share what's available and help you find the perfect pieces to complement your wedding design!
Will I see a mockup before the wedding?
For weddings with a floral budget of $20,000 or more, mockups are included as part of our design process. For smaller weddings, we're happy to create mockups upon request, with the cost based on the floral pieces being designed.
For most weddings, we work together using a detailed floral proposal and mood board with inspiration photos to bring your vision to life. We can continue refining the colours, flowers, and overall design up until 45 days before your wedding, ensuring everything comes together beautifully!
Will I get to pick flower varieties?
We always do our best to accommodate specific flower requests, although availability can vary depending on the season and what our growers have available. We love working with premium blooms like garden roses, ranunculus, anemones, and delphinium, and we're always exploring new varieties and design trends to create beautiful, unique florals for your wedding.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes! We offer full-service wedding florals, including delivery, setup, and installation. Our team takes care of everything from placing your reception arrangements to installing your ceremony flowers, so you can relax and enjoy your special day!

Do you offer bouquet preservation?
While we don't offer floral preservation services in-house, your bridal bouquet is yours to keep! If you're interested in preserving your wedding flowers, we recommend connecting with a floral preservation artist well in advance of your wedding date. Many preservation artists require flowers to be delivered shortly after the wedding to ensure the best possible results.

We proudly provide wedding florals throughout Leduc, Edmonton, and the surrounding areas, and we're happy to travel to bring your wedding vision to life!

How do I ensure my wedding flowers stay fresh throughout the day?
We’ll coordinate the delivery of your bouquets in the late morning, ideally right before the photographer arrives.
Our bouquets are professionally packed in boxes with tissue with a water source so they are easy to take care of until the moment you want to walk down the aisle.
It’s best to keep them in a cool, dark place — out of the way of potential heavy foot traffic.
